尊敬的各位领导、同行：
大家好。今天我演讲的题目是《教育的理想与现实》。记得在大学时 ，一次课上，我们老师讲到，一些人经常让我介绍小学的女老师给他，认为女老师都温柔贤惠，结果娶回家不到几年，大喊后悔，后悔娶了个母夜叉。当时我在地下听，就觉得十分郁闷，怎么就把我们美丽的人民教师说成这么恐怖。但是，从我工作至今已经有些年了，我开始渐渐理解为什么会有这样的情况出现。
我相信大家刚踏上讲台，或者在踏进讲台前，都对教育有许多美好的理想。我们想要用心教育孩子，给孩子耐心、爱心、信心，给这个心，那个心等等，但现实的结果却让我们一次又一次伤心，变得“狠心”，失望。记得有一次，在审理学生失窃案时，我已经找到了偷东西的那个小孩，但是我想让他主动承认错误。于是，我在班上对全班说：“我希望犯了错误的那位同学能够私下来找我承认错误，我不会告诉其他人，我喜欢那些能够主动承认错误的孩子。知错能改，还是好孩子。”话音刚咯，我用最真诚的目光看着他。但是，课间十分钟过去了，放学半个小时过去了，他还是没有来找我，并且从侧面观察，他就和平时一样，没啥特殊表现，表情也正常。于是，我十分的失望。主动找到他后，我询问起这件失窃事情，还没讲完，他就已经斩钉截铁地说，“老师，不是我做的。”我很惊讶他会那么矢口否认，如果我不是真的确定是他，恐怕我也会怀疑是不是冤枉了他。但是，任凭我再三询问，甚至质问，他还是不承认。最后没办法，我把目击证人找
来，他才勉强承认了。事后，我十分心寒，原本我想为了孩子的尊严，面子，相信孩子能够主动承认错误，没想到会是这样的结果。我一直在反思，难道我的方式错了？还是没有做到位。这样的事情不仅一次，每次自己想着如何教育，苦心换来的却是不理解。渐渐的，我由对他们很信任，变得不信任了。
为了改变，为了进步，我通过阅读书籍寻求方法。我沉浸在《窗边的小豆豆》、《第56号教室》这样的里，虽然不能照搬他们的模式，但可以汲取从中的教育思想。例如给孩子一个宽松，自由的学习环境，尊重孩子们的童趣，努力让孩子喜欢自己等等。甚至希望改变一些教育模式，寻求新的方式。然而，在每次阅读完心情澎湃，准备大干一番事业时，却开始顾虑现实，这样做行得通吗？这样做家长理解吗？这样做会不会产生什么不必要的影响？就这样，带着这样又那样的问题，慢慢地发现现实似乎难以实现自己的想法，又一次退缩了。或许只是开了一个头，就没有了下文。就这样，每次在理想与现实中徘徊。印证的那句话，理想很丰满，现实却很骨感。
与此同时，我还发现了一个更残酷的现实，即使我们再努力，孩子的教育并不是靠教师的，而是需要家校合作，但有些时候却得不到家长的重视。某个孩子在校行为不好，打电话找家长，最怕听到的一句话就是，“老师，我们没文化，不会教，孩子就靠你了。”每次听到我都很痛心，孩子的教育不能仅仅靠教师，教师的力量也是有限的，如果家长不配合，再怎么努力也是徒劳。许多家长因为工作忙碌而疏于陪伴和教育孩子，对孩子的情况不了解，出了问题就把责任推在我
们教师身上，真的很心寒。但是，我们能做的，也是对孩子抱有希望，尽力教育好孩子，加强与家长的沟通，尽力让家长多去关心孩子。
尽管理想与现实之间存在着不可避免的矛盾，甚至有十分多的阻力，但我们不能只会抱怨，没有想法。如果没有教育的理想，那岂不是更没有动力了么？教育，本来就是一项良心工程。所以，我们应该继续努力，找到教育理想与现实的平衡点，尽可能在现实的环境下实现自己的教育理想，让自己和学生一起不断的改变，不断的进步。

“中国梦”的横空出世，如平地惊雷，迅速引起国人巨大反响，产生强烈共鸣。“中国梦是民族的梦，也是每个中国人的梦”。一时间，五洲四海，举国上下，人们对实现国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福的“中国梦”或激情澎湃，或憧憬遐想，对幸福美好的未来充满无限向往。
每个人都有属于自己的梦，每个人的梦都不一样，贫困学子有求学梦，远离家乡的游子有团员梦，毕业的大学生有就业梦，艰苦拼搏的商人有财富梦，英姿飒爽的军人有护国梦，13亿中国人有一个共同的中国梦，而13亿分之一的我，有我的“兰台梦”。
刚进入单位时，时常听到提及“兰台”二字，每次听来都有一种素雅高洁之感。经过查询得知。“兰台”，是中国汉代中央档案、典籍库，用以收藏地图、户籍等档案及图书，也是当时名儒著述的地方。据史书记载，早在西汉初年便在存放典籍档案之处置以兰花，一则显示高雅，二来花香可以驱虫除菌，防止典籍受损，因此被称为“兰台”。经过两千多年的演变，延续至今，“兰台”一词成为档案保管机构和档案工作的代名词，“兰台人”则成为档案工作者的美誉。
然而，在很长的时间里，我对档案的了解还停留于“个人阶段”，在学校读书时，老师时常告诉我们，“每个人都有一个自己的档案，里面记载着你学习、作风方方面面的事情，包括好的，坏的，积极的，反面的，所以一定不要做任何违法乱纪的事。”工作以后，我开始了解到其他档案。在基层政府，档案，似乎是一种边缘性工作，处于一种得过且过的境地，领导不重视，管理人员频繁更换，
专业知识知之甚少，收集、管理、保护不规范。直到到了档案专管单位，才对档案及档案工作有了更深的理解。
档案，作为一种再现历史真实面貌的原始文献，是记载历史、传承文明、资鉴后人的原始凭证，通过档案可以更好地了解过去、把握现在、预见未来。档案工作是一项“对历史负责，为现实服务，替未来着想”的工作，要想做好档案工作，兰台人就必须具有高度的敬业精神和认真负责的态度。档案之所以能成为国家瑰宝，能积淀人类的历史，也正是因为有了兰台人的这一份坚守，这一份默默无闻。
当我第一次坐到局会议室时，墙上的“为党管档，为国守史”八个大字震撼了我，局门口的对联中的“孤寂”“清贫”是对档案工作情况的最好展现，而这八个字不正是对档案工作重要性的诠释吗。作为一名新时期档案工作者、一名肩负着“为党管档、为国守史”神圣职责的兰台人，我坚信，不论岗位多么孤寂，工作多么清贫，只要坚定理想,做一个信念坚定的人;勤奋好学,做一个德才兼备的人;爱岗敬业,做一个勇于实践、敢于创新的人。就一定能在清贫的岗位上创造出非凡的业绩，就一定能赢得社会的广泛认同和尊重。
